i queried ups on the web and i was guessing at the weight and size since i havent packed it yet ;of 25lbs,36*18*18(dimensions), for the exhaust. it gave me a total of roundabout 85$for shipping. i could get a exactprice once i knew you were purchasing it.

Way too expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use UPS and get a box as small as you can. Nothing to do with weight, size matters. Cut the box and tape it if you have too. It should not cost anything over $30.00 or so.

If this is to be modded, cut off the can at the 3" dia weld... even cheaper.
