It is a pretty sweet view. It will even catch him losing all the skin on his legs and feet when he crashes from riding in shorts and tennis shoes. To each his own, but imo, ATGATT.I saw this video tonight, thought it was pretty cool mounting spot. Shows off the TBR too.

Yes very familiar as that was my vid lol agreed on camera not captering other situations in that locationEh, me no likey*
...for a good reason (IMHO):
I saw a complaint video from a mount in this position where a cager cut off the rider suddenly (car moved from right lane into left lane without checking and almost swiped the rider). I realized that if it would've been the opposite situation, there would have been no proof that the cager didn't signal/was in the wrong (i.e. rider in the right lane, camera mounted on right of swingarm, car in left lane and swerve to the right). In that case the car driver could argue that they signaled and the biker was speeding (sound familiar?).
Now for compilation videos where you're using 2 or 3 cameras and you're editing together action shots: I think its a good angle. But for everyday documentation purposes, I think it sucks.
Is now a good time to dig up the statistics that say most accidents happen close to home? This is my video. Preach all you want about ATGATT but I only went around my neighborhood.
