I didn't know there was a video, but I have both of the twist of the wrist books and like them both. Both are very good books.

I've had it for a week or so, now. I've been riding for a lot of years, but intelligent sport riding is relatively new to me.

I haven't finished it yet. I keep going over the "Throttle Control" sections. I definitely chop the throttle to slow down for a turn. Kind of goes with downshifting, to me.

Keeping in the 6k rpm range through the turn. Yeah, no problem. After the downshift, I'm in that range. Sometimes I take a turn really good. Other times, not so good. I'm still trying to figure out the difference.

For an older rider who is new to sport riding (but has been around long enough to have some decent skills) the vid has had some really good points. It pointed out good stuff I was doing without knowing it. It's also pointed some stuff I had no clue about. If I was to recommend it to someone, I would say "Buy it. Watch it. You never know what you might not know."
That's exactly where I am. I've owned and ridden a ton of bikes over the years, but this riding style is new to me. It's really fun to be learning a new skill at this late date, saw that I could use some pointers so I ordered the video yesterday.
