2005 R6 Headers

Yeah I used them with a shorty pipe, fit good and sounded fucking great. I just reduced my headers price to 70$ if you want them. I can send you all the shit you need!

I’m looking to swap my exhaust did you have to modify the exhaust at all or did it bolt right on to the engine? How difficult was it to swap the headers and what did you use for the gaskets on the headers. Just trying to get as much info before doing the swap.

You remove the headers from the engine (10 bolts) and bolt up the new headers. I used the gaskets I already had. As long as you have no leaks you shouldn’t have to buy new ones. Probably a 1-3 hour time frame for the labor

I used the Marthys advanced map, with the PCFC. Basically here’s the cost
Headers (70$ if you buy mine)
Exhaust (60$ Moto GP shorty pipe on eBay)
Block off plates (25$ eBay)
Power commander fuel controller (200$)
So in total around 360 for a cheap good custom exhaust

Also get a k&n air filter filter for 70$ just because
