I am getting this universal top case from ebay and need a luggage rack to mount it on. The Givi and shad mounts appear to be priced very high. Where can I find a simple luggage rack mount for FZ6R? A few members seem to have made it themselves, I am not sure what's involved in making one...

So I think I read somewhere I could change my stock bars to the ones from the R6? Does anyone know if this is possible? Have a guy parting out an R6 and wanted to verify before I made the purchase.
