Can't go wrong with this proven setup. I'll add the FZ6 throttle too. Got me 88WHP on a 60K miles engine... that's about +20WHP from brand new stock.

Should save weight, around 10lbs if I remember well and 5 hp on top. Most of the gain is in the mid range and throttle response.

Hard to tell and not sure what that could be from the LH side other that the drive chain or some gearbox noise. If you haven't found any debris when you did the oil change, just ride it! 25K is about time to check for valve adjustment and while you are at it you can change the cam chain...

Hard to tell. I would change oil and filter and inspect for metal having or something not normal. 25K miles you're due for a valve adjustment too... Could be the chain/sprockets too, I won't worry too much but check your bases.

Little update: I end up swaping the spring for the stiffest one I could find for the ZX10, 120N/mm or about 12.2kg/mm. Free sag is 15mm and rider sag 40mm. I could have used a bit stiffer spring but that will do it! Cutting the drop link gave me 10mm lower fully extended, not much bur I'll take...
