Those two mods alone I highly doubt will give this bike litre bike power. Sounds like he said his bike can power wheelie if youre not careful which cant be possible unless he regeared his bike a lot.
Well my neighbor follows MotoGp and he read that it was a fine adjustment. Something you and I will never use. Then again it could just be another theory so we may never know.
Its one of those things that you think wont happen but will. Its never happened to me but I wont say it never will. The same with crashing. You might not think it will happen but it always does.
Well I dont get looks unless I'm cruising at 5000 rpms. Plenty of loud ass Harleys ride around here and they don't get pulled over so I dont see why they would with us unless where racing around town being dicks. I'm thinking about running straight headers for a small moment. I like the sound...
It looks like they would hit the fairing if you put them under the triple clamp where they're supposed to go. I've been studying the picture and it seems like they'ld hit the panels but it's no problem for me since I'm making mine naked. So no one answered my question yet. Guido why did you buy...
Just to keep it short and sweet, if you know how to ride, then you can keep up with supersports around corners. When a long straightaway comes then its literally over. I ride with guys who have been riding for years but when that straight stretch comes its literally game over for me. The...
Just so you know, I ran mine at the quarter mile and if you get a good launch you'll have the 600 race replicas at the beginning 20 or so feet. Anything after that.... well, let's just say game over.
I put Bridgestone BT003s on mine and like them. I don't recommend them if you tour a lot though. They're way softer. I don't even think I have 1000 miles on them yet and the rear is already showing some wear. Im suprised you wore your rear out so fast. Did you do some burnouts? I had 5600 miles...
Post up your runs. I ran low 13s and the highest I got with mine was 12.9. I tried for the mid 12's and couldn't get it. Then again the riders they put on in those articles for our bike have been riding for years, know how to get a good launch off the line, and are 5'4 and weigh 135. So their...
You should be able to pop the front with 6000 rpms. I got mine to the balance point at 9000. I'm practicing too but just make sure you go up little by little. And what the other guy said too! Make sure you dump the clutch not slip it. You'll get it it just takes practice.
What year r6 are those from? And how did you get the boot off the stock ones? I remember taking my mirrors off when I installed HIDs on mine and the boot seemed like it was in place. Those look wayyy better.
