i wanted an r6 but couldnt afford it lol. but like previously said i like to tuck at higher speeds and this handle bar makes it uncomfortable and it does look like a normal bike handle bar. but i do get alot of compliments on my bike and even more now that i have my neons and my color shifting...

im in fl and i use a full synthetic 10w 40 and r u sure the ticking isnt the chain

i had a blue 08 250 before and this bike is alot better in all aspects. but i do miss the 250 because i actually had a nice yoshi pipe on it and it didnt cost much and now i cant afford a damn pipe for my 6R lol

it horrible, it looks like one of those horns from a ricola commercial

i got my fe and turn signals for under 30 bucks, i got a fe for an r6 and just had to get some longer bolts. then i bout some turn signals and they fit in it good. as for a wiring diagram, the black is neg and that only leaves one other wire for pos. and the stock bolt were a pain, i used wd40...

ya thats a decent pump brand, iv used them for irrigation systems and iv seen alot of pools use that brand. im an electrician too so just make sure u hook it up right and use a decent timer to run it. but to answer ur question yes its a good brand

what about just getting a straight bar

i have some too, i have 2 in the front pointing at the wheel one in the back at the tire, one on each side on the bottom pointing up, very close to the header pipes on bottom of bike, and 1 point down behind the rear shock, i love um. wiring was a pain though. heres the pix but my cam wouldnt...

just wondering if its just normal, im used to a full fairing bike where i never felt it rise up like this. but is it normal to feel waves of heat rising up on me, whenever im stoped at a light or whatever i can feel the heat rise up from the engine to my legs up to my chest, sucks on a hot day...

i just cleaned the inside with some windex and a microfiber cloth and the put 4 or 5 coats of krylon gloss black, about 30 min to an hours between coats and one overnight wait then final coat. used masking tape around edges, forgot to cover the whole front and got some overspray on it but...

finally done :) im happy with it, im going to put a custom yamaha symbol on the bottom of the windscreen next in silver when i find the right design

well i broke down and painted it while i installed some purple neons to give it a nice glow throughout. some other stuff done too, im going to try to get some pix up when im all done prob in 2 weeks

iv got spare tint liing around so ill just try, if not ill prob paint it. but i cant justify 75 to 99 bucks for a piece of plastic. im still having for the exhaust :( lol

was wondering if anyone tryed self tinting there windscreen. im going to try it next week sometime. so if no ones tried ill let you all know how it goes. prob limo tint or maybe reflective.
