I have a similar dent on my front rim. Dart is 100% right on the replacement. Chances are you are going to need a new one when the tire needs to be replaced. I have been riding on the dent for 2 seasons from 0-130. It is a risk that someone with the $ shouldn't take, you definitely feel the...
You could bulk up the inside end of the fake intake and use a rubber sleeve or fernco. Personally I would fabricate something with fiberglass or epoxy resin as a connector between the two. Goodluck
My Aunt and her family recently vacationed in Mexico and she took a few photos of her son playing in the ocean. Her sister in-law commented and asked what in the heck was in the background and nobody could make heads or tails of it. Check this out, it's pretty odd. Either something really...
You won't find a lot of shops that will plug a tire on a bike, if any. None around here will. It's just not a smart thing to do. Get a new one
If it's a slight clunk or click when just lightly revving it with the clutch pulled in at a stop you should be fine. My bike does the same thing and has since day one. If it's not just a sound and it actually lurches forward that could be a different story.
It's been super busy for me business wise for the past few months but wanted to get on and wish everyone a safe and happy new year. I'll tip one back for you all! :iconbeer:

Your blockoff plates are the variable. By reducing the "popping" you are reducing the flames. Two Brothers will tell you that it doesn't cause damage. Most mechanics that I have talked to have said the same thing.

Caused by excess/unspent fuel passing through and igniting in the exhaust. It occurs when giving excess throttle and running rich.
Glad to hear you are still vertical. As Dart had said... make sure you get everthing looked at. I had a buddy that was hit from behind on his Harley and he was never the same back wise. Just be careful, their insurance company will call you and if she is found at fault they will more than...
I think you could win bike of the month over several months with the majority of those pictures, WOW. Congratulations, a journey like this has always been a fantasy on my bucket list. I am so happy for you that you got the opportunity to do it. Bravo
Goodluck in your search, just make sure that you be careful of different types of stalk/"leaf petal" signals. The stock 6R's signals are shaped like a tear drop and the port where they anchor into is beveled the same way on the fairings... so either you need to make sure the stalk is thicker on...
