Excellent choice. Unless you can find a deal on a Lotus Elise you won't find many cars that will give you the lightweight thrill of an MX-5.

Nice! I have a '13 which is the same as yours except with a red frame. I like your mods. Personally I hate the way the stock front turns look, but like the LED option you chose. At least it updates the look. I went with Motodynamic LED's to give it the flush mount look.

Agree with others here. Anything covered is better than out in direct sun or rain.

If you have an OEM filter - why wouldn't you use it?

Did they get your bike fixed?

The shop telling you the "bike is too new" when we are in 2016 and the bike came out in 09 is pretty suspect. I would be suspect of the shops ability.

Simple Green is good stuff or any degreaser you can find at the auto parts store(I use Greased Lightening diluted in a spray bottle). Just don't let it dry on the motor as it can streak.

I have the LED which is now sold out on my bike and it is really nice. Huge upgrade over the stock bulb.

Replacement is the only way to go. The metal is weakened once it is bent.
