Help 2013 code 12

So I was putting the battery back in and I ended up arking somewhere on the bike and battery. Now when j go to start I'm throwing a code 12 and wondering how does that relate to my issue? I am currently hearing on click from the starter relay when pressing in the start button. Currently have 12v with and without load on battery relay looks light so I have a new one coming but what else should I check. Also I'm very novice at bikes however I can learn quickly

Code 12 refers to the crank position sensor. Not sure if it has a fuse. I'd start there.

If you can push start your bike then it's not the CPS it's the starter relay. Had the same problem.
