Riders from Houston?

Hi guys,
I just moved to Houston from Colorado and I'm going to be bringing my bike down soon. I was just wondering if anyone rides in Houston.

If so, how is it? The drivers here are already pretty crazy which is why I've been a little hesitant to ride down here. I don't see a lot of riders on the highway either which is what I primarily take to work.
