What color is the ground for the turn signal?

I'm trying to put a fender eliminator kit with the turn signals and need to know if the black wire is ground, or the color wire. Same with the license plate light.

Black is the ground for the turn signals and plate light.

Yep, the general rule is Black is ground, yellow is the positive, and blue is the running light.

For the back I believe that green and blue are the hot, depending on which side you are on.
