Also, the fuse should be ~20% Larger than the normal circuit draw. for example, if the normal circuit draw is 2.5A then a 3A fuse would be sufficient.
Each segment of 3 LEDs draws 20mA, 10 segments per meter for 30LEDs/Meter and 20 Segments per Meter for 60LEDs/Meter
60 LEDs/Meter = 0.4A per color, 1.2A for pure white.
30 LEDs/Meter = 0.2A per color, 0.6A for pure white.
