I had a wonderful day today.
It had been a few years since I did Suches (Georgia's version of The Tail) so when I woke up I decided to do it.
From Dahlonega to Blue Ridge, nothing like 45 miles of road that dosen't have any straights or stop signs (well, maybe 2).
Then I went for the extra 26 miles of the same between Ellijay and Chatsworth.
307 miles and about 7 hours counting stops for gas, lunch and general sight seeing.
Had to stop off on Clairmont Rd to get a Bolichi sandwich from the Havana sandwich shop to begin the day. Yummm.
Heres a map (its a bit jacked up for some reason) and some photos.
And I had to stop to get a picture of the power plant outside of Cartersville.
