You could mark 1 tooth then rotate the great and count the teeth.
I believe the stock sprockets are 16/46.
Others may chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

Get counting.
The sprockets usually have the tooth count printed on them, but they might be facing the wrong way.

Thanks. It looks like I'm all stock
I thought something may be out when I noticed my speedo was off by 8-9kmh (compared to my GPS speed) but after reading this, it looks like this is normal.http://www.600cc.org/forum/f87/fz6r-speedometer-calibration-14465/
