Hey guys! I had a really simple question for you guys and although it's kind of personal preference, I really want a 2nd opinion
!
I bought the Rev'It Gear pants.
They look like they are constructed VERY well for a 3 season pant (make it 4 seasons with a Gerbings liner haha
)
Anyway, I have a Forcefield Pro Pant (full armor front and back) and obviously these pants (Rev'It) are really snug, so I aren't able to put them on with the current size I have now.
My question to you is, I mostly use the Forcefield Pants with my SHIFT Jeans since they don't have any armor in them...but I'm wondering, am I being foolish for not getting a size up to wear them in my new Gear pants?
The Knee armor seems to be fine and will be directly on the kneecap when I am riding. I did buy SAS-Tec hip replacement armor for the pants. This is all the protection I have currently offered from these pants alone.
Do I really need the extra few panels the Forcefield Pro offers? It covers the tail bone, and both cheek bones haha. and obviously what you can see in the picture.
