I'd like to take my bike to an open drag day at the strip, just to see how it (and I) do. The problem is they mandate a tether switch. Does anyone here know if the kill switch circuit is normally open or normally closed? I will try and track down a schematic also.

Edit: So from what I've seen from the starting circuit, it looks like the kill switch is normally closed. This means that I can get any normally closed tether and wire it in? Can anyone verify?

Wire into kickstand switch??? That would kill the bike

I could do that, seems like running a lot more wiring than just splicing into the kill switch though. I wish I had a diagram for this bike. Searching outside of the forums didn't really give me anything.

*note all switches that apart of a running circut should be normally closed

talk to some of the racers or owners at the track. they will give you some insight and tips on how they got it to work for various bikes.
