This one was posted online on one of those Motorcycles Road Sites, but I tested myself today. 
I was driving really slow, as my Street Triple is still in break-in period, so it took me about 4hrs, stopping only to put gas and stretch a bit (5 min stop)
It basically started at North West Houston, 249 (this is Tomball area) Take a left on FM2920. Drive west; then North via FM362. Then 105 west, then 90 and 149 (this part is really pretty) all the way down or south until find 249 again.
It's an easy ride with a few curves but not hard core. Little or no traffic with awesome view of some farms and forest.
