Rear Sets Anyone?

I know that this bike doesn't have aftermarket rear sets, but has anyone experimented with their bike and gotten rear sets that work?

There are rear sets for our bike if you're willing to pay for them...

Although I do think I remember reading that someone had gotten either R1 or R6 rear sets off an 01 or 02 to fit after drilling one hole. I think they needed a different shift rod as well but can't recall.

Oh good god, 504 dollars! I will pass. I could do so many more mods for that price. I want to get flush mount turn signals, integrated tail lights, shorty levers, and clip ons. All of which I could get for 504 with left over money.
