Not sure what level racing this is, but it has some cool footage, and the guy apparently uses left over tires and a shoestring budget but manages to keep up and pass many better equipped racers.

you can skip all the idle footy and go straight to the racing, he has like 5 gopro's on his bike/helmet, racing in rain as well - so, you don't have to sit through the whole 40min - also he does a good job with the music and editing
