Power Commander models that will work with FZ6R

I was looking at some power commanders for sale in my area on Craigslist and they are significantly lower than a new one. Are there multiple models that will work for the FZ6R? I see a lot for R6's, would one for an R6 also work for FZ6R?

So even if you "choose your bike" through the PC site for an R6 and an FZ6R, they both tell you the PC V is what you want. I assume there is an R6-specific map included on the R6 version and vice versa with the FZ6R PC, but can't those maps be overwritten with new ones, so then the hardware would be the same?

Its a plug and play setup and I dont think the r6 has the same clips. Programs can be changed easily.

No, the hardware is bike specific. You'll notice that each power commander has a different part number.
