SO When i bought the bike it already had a lowering link at the top of the rear shock absorber.
2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 Yamaha FZ6R Roaring Toyz Billet Lowering Link

Now I know where the issue is.
What i don't know is where to find an original height one of these links . when i search i only find lowering information.

Its beginning to be a drag. I wonder if there is any other option , besides going into a dealer.

All you need to do is pull the lowering link out and bolt the shock into the frame mount.
Raise your forks back up in the tripples if the fronts been lowered.

And youre ready to ride!

One thing to consider though. If the bike was lowered, did the original owner also cut down the side stand? That's often done so the bike doesn't stand too upright on the original height stand.

Just something to watch for when you're bringing the bike back to its original height.

haha, hijacked!.

yes. i will sell the lowering link and the lower kickstand once i make the adjustment back to regular height. thanks again guys.

I will also have to raise the forks. which i dont think is a big job. I should be able to complete the project solo, in one day.
