Inspection Sticker Location

I was wanted to try and find out where my inspection sticker is supposed to be located. I want a fender eliminator kit but with the inspection sticker hanging down below my license plate it might catch the tire with a FE kit. I live in TX, if that makes a difference, thanks in advance.

They put mine on my upper left fork tube, right below the top of the left fork tube.

Same here, I know in Jersey they put it on the plate though, I have no idea about other states haha
