The bike is about 78 hp stock (crank hp), 68 rwhp. You can add 5hp by changing exhaust, another 10-15 hp cam swap, not to mention you are dropping lots of weight off the bike. Just guessing, but I'd say I dropped about 15 or so pounds from my bike (started at 467 wet so I'm at 452 wet) already and added about 5 hp. Dropping weight increases the weight to hp ratio as well. Perdurable has a great weight reduction thread that's gone cold. I believe Marthy's setup has him close to 100hp (crank). Does it make it a super sport? No! But it will make it a lil faster, and give you more usable power. Cam swap mod costs less than an exhaust swap too, but more involved. I think eventually the 6R is gonna get a hp increase in redesign. The time and money that would be put into this bike just to make it a little faster would be completely not worth it. Even if you got 75 or so horsepower out of the bike, you wouldn't be able to keep up with any super sport. Not to mention messing with a bike that wasn't designed for high revs, could take away from the reliability of the bike (and also void your warranty if you still have one)
