I saw this bike on google images and I'm wondering how the guy did the white on the intake and behind the front wheel. Is this something that could be done with spray paint? I think it looks really good and would consider it for my bike if I could dummy proof the process.

Paint, or plasti-dip; you could do it either way.

Those are individual pieces, so you just have to remove and paint them.
