Forks Question

I bought by bike used. The roaring toyz lowering kit was already installed. I'm assuming the front end was lowered. Can somebody post a pic of how high the forks stick up or gimme the measurement. I want to lower it more but read I prob shouldn't if it's already lowered the 1.75

stock, the forks are flush, they don't stick up at all, so if they are already sticking out, it's been lowered.
