For Sale: Icon Field Armor Boots

Hey guys, I am putting my gently used boots up for sale. I just ordered some Sidi Vertigo boots, so I want to sell my Field Armors, being that I won't wear them anymore. I just got them a few months ago, but I wanted better boots, so I upgraded. I have worm them only a handful of times since the beginning of the year. They go for about $130 but I am asking for $90 shipped. They are size 13.

I don't know how many times I have heard that one. My mom used to tell me that she was going to just put shoe boxes on my feet. lol

I can't say one bad thing about these boots. The only possible cons that come to mind are that they are a tad heavy and not the most comfortable to walk in. However that is comparing them to my sneakers so that's no surprise! Reading the other reviews on here, it sounds like people are expecting the comfort of a running shoe but with the level of protection that seems to be evident with these you have to be realistic! My feet stay comfortable in these on long rides, and don't get cold or too warm either...and my riding climate varies from 30+ to near 0 degress C! Shifting is a little difficult at first but they break in really quickly and you don't even notice anymore. The same goes for walking in them - much more comfortable after break in. Some of the reviews on here are done before breaking them in which doesn't do these boots justice. The fit is true to slightly small, I wear a size 10 shoe and the size 10 boot fits me perfectly. Although if a size 10 shoe is snug on you then I recommend going with 10.5 in this boot! I gave a rating of 4 for durability only because I'm starting to notice some very minor scuffing after 5000 km of riding, but that doesn't sound abnormal either. I can't say how they will hold up in the longer term yet, but early indications are certainly good.

I purchased these boots after having a broken ankle. I wanted something that would support my injured leg and these boots fit the bill. They provide so much support and are so comfortable I am able to walk without limping around because of my weak ankle. I haven’t been on my bike yet because we have snow, but I am truly impressed with the quality of the only boot on the market that offers such great support. I originally ordered a 10.5 and they were a bit tight so I re-ordered a size 11 and they are perfect. Anyone buying these boots will not be disappointed.

Can you see how much it would be to ship to Spokane, WA? Let me know and I'll make a decision. Hopefully they fit, what kind of shoes do you wear normally? I wear size 13 skate shoes because my feet are not only long but wide too. Skate shoes are usually the only shoe that are comfortable for me.
