First Rain Ride

Looks like tonight is gonna be my first ride in the rain. This is the last time I listen to the weather channel. They said no rain til after 10. So I ride to work today and lookie there, the rain is upon us. Crap. Guess it's gonna be a slow, wet ride home. Good thing it's only 3 miles! Wish me luck!

It's easy... just do take extra care.

Day I bought my bike, I had to order rain gear, got got in a downpour with a mesh jacket and jeans on.... I was drenched, at least it was summer and a warm rain.

No issues last night at all, although I was goin like 10 under the speed limit . It was a bit nerve racking I must say. But got to where I needed to go intact!

Good to hear! Its really not so bad if you just take it easy and realize the physics of wheels on water
