So, on a 2009 fz6r what's the thoughts on putting a two brothers exhaust with EJK fuel controller, 13T front sprocket and a 4° timing offset, how much quicker can it be made?

Read my posts searching user St491. I’ve done all that plus more and documented all of it. The only single by-it’s-self mod that makes a huge difference is going -1/+1 sprockets (47T rear sprocket and 15T front).
Dumping the stock exhaust saves a ton of weight. It WILL run better with a good fuel map. Everything other than sprockets are small gains by themselves, but the cumulative affect is significant.
Another cheap mod that is swapping your stock throttle tube (on the handlebar) to a Yamaha 1/4 turn Part # 2C0-26240-00.
