I am well aware this is none FZ6R related but this is the garage.

I did some research and from what i can tell is they check the valves every 7500 miles until about 30k miles because the engine isnt entirely broken in and some valves tend to be tight or stick during the first few thousand miles. They also reccomend having the belts replaced once a year. The challenge is some of the specialty tools needed to do the job and my lack of understanding/ knowledge, ive never done valves before. Most people on the ducati forum encourage DIY to save some money but reccomend the first few been donw by a dealer. Now to be fair i still have 5,000 miles to go befoee i have to do this but if anyone has any advice, pictures, has owned or owns a ducati your pennys are welcone ( 2 cents if you didnt get the joke):jerk:
My girlfriend has a Monster. Valves have always been such a fun topic. To make the topic short though... It just goes to the shop for them.
