i bought the drive bar ends... they have a rubber piece that secures them to the handle bar. the rubber is to large to fit in the stock bars easily/ ever. what to do>? should i but clip ons to fit the bar ends. or should i shave down the inside of the bars. bar ends cost 25 $ and clip_ons would be 125 or so...pennies for your thoughts/help.:iconbeer::Sport:

So the part that inserts into the bar is rubber and it's too large?
That's the question I'm getting from your post.
If working it in with some pliars squeezing the rubber while forcing it in doesn't work, maybe try sanding the rubber down a small amount.
Don't shave the inside of your bars. Bar ends are much easier to fix then bars are.

And lube the rubber with hairspray when putting them in.

Whatever you do, I want to see pics of the finished product.
