Took a 5 day ride up to NC and Tenn. I couldn't be happier with the performance, handling and the way the bike fits me. The 3 other bikes were all 1200's and I stayed right with them in the turns. Things I learned:
1. Adding a Airhawk air cushion was a great idea. I was able to do 350 one day with no pain. The passenger size they make was a perfect fit.
2.Frame sliders make a great place to put your legs when stretching is needed.
3.Marthy's rack is the best $145 I have spent this year.
4. The single compound Continental tires are terrific.
5.When the rain starts a waterproof backpack comes in handy.
6. Damn good looking bike even when loaded up.
7. Feels good to have a bike excede your expectations.
8. Next mod will be higher quality springs in the front forks.
9. Having owned Italian and German it is so nice to be able to depend on the Japanese to start and perform everytime.
