Dead Dash / Won't Start / Good Battery, Good Fuses

On Tuesday, I go to start my bike. Dash lights up, I hear the fuel pump but before I hit the started (or maybe just after), the dash dies. I assume it's the battery, so I pull it and take it home. Battery tests out to 12.85v DC on the multimeter. I go back to the bike, pull the main fuse. It looks good and tests good on the multimeter. Then I pull each fuses in fuse box, they all look good and test clean.

When I test the battery in the bike, it doesn't show a charge but out of the bike it tests fine.

Any ideas? Any ideas on how to begin trouble shooting this?

My wife's 6r had the same symptoms. Battery seemed good, but decided to replace with a new one, problem solved.
