Not sure if this was already asked.. just purchased a Contour ROAM 2 cheap off eBay.. I've done some research for few weeks and thought this was the best choice. One thing I forgot to look for before the purchase was external mic input. I believe GoPro Hero 3 has an input for a mic.. not sure about the ROAM 2. I've seen some with it and some had to take it apart and mod it to fit the mic. Any of you know the answer?

pretty sure it's a mod, not a stock option...

You should have gone with the Ghost cameras if you didn't want a gopro.
