So I installed a h4 h/l 8k blue kit and it has run like a champ. I went to fire it up the other day and the bulb come on. So I checked all the connections and wires. All seemed fine but the bulb it self had a white haze so I ordered a new one. I went to install the new one today and the light still didnt fire. Doubled checked all the connections and the fuse it was fine. One thing I did notice is that the ballastist doesnt seem to hum or get warm. So I would like some input if someone else has run accross this problem or do I need to order a new wire harness for it also..

Could be the ballasts. Sometimes they just go bad. That is one reason that I order from TRS, because they stand behind their products. If you want a price on TRS ballasts, let me know, that will solve your problem.
What type of connections are on the ballasts?

Those are amp connections, and for one of those ballasts it is $50.Thats what the whole kit looks like.
So you don't have a projector lens in your housing then? that's not a good idea to do it that way.Thats what the whole kit looks like.
What he is getting at that is that it is not a recommended idea to run with a plug n play HID kit in the halogen headlight housing. It was designed for a halogen bulb, and the HID puts out too much light. Doing so blinds drivers in the on-coming lane, because it is like a high beam (even if it is on low).
I like the smoked look of your headlight. Is it spray on or sheet tint?
