anyone parting out thier bike?

i am looking to buy the rear subframe that the seat sits on and maybe the seat for a streetfighter project i am currently collecting patrs for. i am new to this forum but have 350 or so posts on the fz6-forums

what i am looking to do is a bit of cutting and welding to chop the tail about 10" along with the seat

I don't know if it will help you, but I have an '02 R6 subframe that is a little tweaked that I think I'm going to replace. I'd let her go for cheap.

will it bolt on to the fz6/fz6r frame and do you have any pics?
