i cant believe the number of people that just walked through the crosswalk like nothing was going on.
whats the deal with the traffic lights there? you can see the riders moving while its still in yellow, and taking off at speed no sooner it hits red. do they not have a delay built in wherever this was?

In CA, we don't have any delay - when your one light turns red, the other turns green. But we're all trained to know to not stop at the red light, and not start when the light first turns green - good reaction times are punished severely.
