Hey guys do you think it would hurt the performance to put the block off exhaust plates in while you have your stock exhaust installed? Im planning on getting the leo vince exhaust and gonna be changing spark plugs next week. Wanted to kill two birds with one stone while im doing the plugs.
Instead of buying the block off plate for the AIS. Couldn't we just plug the holes with a rubber dowel cut to fit. I did that with my FZ1 and never had a problem with it. Or even grind down the nipple and JB weld the holes.
I'm wondering if I make my own block off plates is it necessary to have the small cut out section on the back side of them or is that more to save weight?
So I've got some mods done.
blacked out and cut down windscreen
bar end mirrors
diy mirror block off plates
fe kit with led micro signals
blue rim tape
frame sliders
Things coming soon
rear tire hugger
rear seat cowl
stompgrips for the tank
blue shorty levers
maybe flush mount...
does anyone know of any install vids for a full install of block off plates on a 2009 fz6r?. wanted to have a reference when i get mine Wednesday. thanks.:)
So I ordered the juice box pro with my tbr exhaust since everyone recommends it. But how do I get maps for it? I'm completely new to this. What do the maps do? And do they come pre loaded? Or what's up? Also BLOCK OFF PLATES... for popping... Can I install that on a later date or same time I...
Graves blockoffs, not just for r6s and r1s anymore. If you have an aftermarket exhaust and are experiencing popping when decelerating then you need these. Also if you have a powercommander and can't get a good dyno reading, these will help.
Total install time: ~30 minutes
First, remove...
