the pump is in the airbox and pumps air into the exhaust to help burn the unburnt fuel in the cat. there are block off plates to cover the holes in the airbox if you remove it.
the O2 (lambda) sensor on my bike is just before the cat where the pipes all join into 1

the pictures on that site dont seem to show a difference between the 2004 and 2007 headers , but i know the australian bikes had a big under cat box from 2006 at least , not sure if its the same in the USA
i really like my blue 13 model , i would have liked the front guard to be matched blue , but i even paid the $200 extra for it over the white red.
i really actually wanted the raven black and also really like the 14 red/black/white version
same bike so i wish we got the deals you guys...
bert , how did you find the bike with the panniers on?
and did you source them in aus or import?
im considering getting a top box and hard case paniers to do some touring on the fz6r , although i havent deciding on which brand/system to get sw-motech or givi or maybe more local ventura
It's also done in europe , in the UK its called the A2 licence i believe
it is aimed at stopping young people having to much power when they first get their licence.
Yet you can buy a ferarri on your learners permit for a car.. :banghead:
well they give them away for free in the UK when you buy a bike with the resticted licence (A2)
Free Restrictor Kits - Yamaha Motor UK
So i was hoping they would sell them cheap here also

I'm 6foot 3 and 100kg and i dont find the FX wind annoying, but i did have a completly naked bike prior to this so maybe i'm just used to it :)
a bigger screen would ruin the looks , but probably worth getting if your doing long rides regulalry
