Unfortunately with the FZ6R you can’t just bolt a slip on and call it a day. The whole exhaust system is one piece. The cheapest thing you could do is open the cat and pull everything out and reweld it shut. Either that or cutting the cat off and putting a new pipe on which would then fit a slip on

Otherwise I’ve seen people use the seat as a mold and making a cowl out of fiberglass. 3D printing might be a better way of doing it though.
