Couldn't agree more about doing research before buying. Knowing what the fees will be in advance by looking at other buyers invoices, figuring the fees out, what the dealer (maybe) paid for it, trade ins via Kelly Blue Book, and laying it all out before "the manager" made the deal go a lot...

Yeah, I thought the same thing, so I don't know what was the dealer's motivation for the inflated quotes. Other than greed I guess. That's what I think is happening in my case. Their advertised price and their OTD is way way mismatched. Trying to find a decent dealer appears like it's going...
