Hello there guys! I'm new to the forum and I'm looking to drop the front end of my bike 1.5 in and installing some woodcraft clip ons. Has anyone else done this? I've seen some threads but cannot find them now. Anyway... any and all info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
I just lowered my forks. Also long as you have someone to help you stabilize, you're good to go. It's 4 bolts. I learned the hard way it's easy to go down and HARD to go back up, so go little by little. I also learned after my first test ride, drop it EXACTLY the same on both sides. If you do need to raise it back up, a piece of carbdoard to protect the top of the shock and a crowbar do a good job.
