it has A LOT to do with where you live. Me personally, I would not pay more than 4000-4500 for that bike. but in some places you can get 5, if not even a little more. They tend to be going for 5k+ with good mods, and a decent looking bike. 21k miles IMO is a lot of mile just that's just my two cents
