Spongy Breaks After New Brake Pads

Just changed my rear brake pads and now the rear brakes are spongy, qw in they barely do anything.

Checked the brake fluid and I have plenty of break fluid, and the brake fluid looks clear so I'm guessing it's new.

Suggestions?

Probably need to bleed the air out of the lines..

Also give the pads some time so seat. you may have had some air leak in when moving the lines around, so bleeding makes sense, or tie down your foot brake, and then check the rear master.. sometimes that helps
