That's funny. I was a courier in downtown Toronto for a lot of years and I saw a lot of guys rear end the car in front of them because of a hot chick walking up the street. I don't recall anyone suggesting hot chicks shouldn't be able to walk around during rush hour, but it would have reduced the number of accidents.

I think that would just lead to an increase in heart attacks in the 50-80 year-old male demographic.
