Private lessons?

Today, I finally got a quote for one riding school (never had class with them) for 1:1 lessons. What I was interested on is cornering, low- and high-speed.

Maximum I can afford is 8 hrs at their rate. Wonder if it will be sufficient to make me understand what I am doing. This is not about safety or money. More like if this time is good enough to professional (I assume, but I never met them) to teach me the idea of proper cornering.

Take it or do not?

Personaly, I probably wouldn't do that quite yet... I would find an advanced riding school and go to that first, or a couple times. You will improve alot that way and probably save a bit of money. Then if after you do that you feel you need more, check out this private option.

I personally wanted to go that way, though our racing place (racecity) was closed last year, and new one rumored to be open in 2 years (take it as 5).

Oh, and I can't go to US for almost a year(officials). Even a trip within a Canada (wasted all my vacation)
