Parts from year to year

There's a guy locally selling some 2016 FZ6R take off parts, turn signals, windscreen, exhaust, etc. My bike is a 2009. I know a lot of bikes stayed completely unchanged thorough their production runs. How about this one, should all the parts from a 2016 fit a 2009?

The grab handles were changed starting in 2013, but I think they still used the same mounting location. The rest of the bike is the same year-to-year.

Yeah, I think they're almost the same, just slight difference in fitting.
