Juicebox Pro Question.

My light is always red..is it suppose to stay on and red? i have not installed any maps on it besides whatever was pre loaded on there. i have a macbook and was having issues installing the program onto my laptop maybe nothing is wrong, but usually red means no or stop

If the bike is on, the light will be red. It is a red diode, if it changes color than I would worry.
