I was thinking about getting more power from my XJ6 and saw the fz6 and the xj6 has almost the same motor. By the redline difference and the power output i think it's the cam that change but can i just change all the cylinder head from one to the other and a map ?

The head and block castings for the FZ6 and R6 have different built in mounting points for bolting the engine into the frame. So the head would install just fine to the XJ6 block, but you wouldn't be able to install the upper engine mount bolts.

So you say that if i manage to make some new motor handle i could change easily the head ?

Nah, it's just significantly easier and a lot less work to swap the FZ6 cams into the XJ6 motor. If you look up FZ6 Cam Swap, there's a thread on here that has it really well documented. Several people have done it and had a lot of success.
